You asked for three quotes. Now you need to compare them.

One came by email in Arabic, two as PDFs in English, and only one price included delivery. Ovriq puts them on the same terms: quoted prices keep their source, and totals show the calculation.

Request for quotation: 12,000 five-ply cartons

Hello,

We need 12,000 five-ply cartons for Ramadan, delivered by 6 November. Could you send your price per carton, the delivery cost and the date you can deliver?

Thanks, Ahmed

Suppliers A, B and C each get their own copy, in Arabic or English.

Ovriq reads the reply and adds it to the comparison.

During the pilot this email is drafted and held, not sent, so you see what would have gone out.

See one purchase, start to finish. Then pilot it with nothing sent.

In 30 minutes we walk you through the emails to suppliers, the comparison and the step where you choose the supplier.

No documents needed. We'll demonstrate one purchase using sample quotes.

Common questions

Who makes the decisions?
People you name. Ovriq prepares the drafts and the comparison; you review every supplier email and choose the supplier, on a page that shows the current quote and message.
What do my suppliers see?
An email showing your buyer's name, in Arabic or English, sent through Ovriq's mail service once you approve it. They reply as they always have: there is no portal to log into and nothing to pay. During the pilot, no supplier emails are sent.
What if Ovriq reads a number wrong?
Each quoted price links to the line it came from, so you can check it against the source before deciding. Totals are calculated from those prices, not read.
Does it understand Arabic quotes?
Yes: Arabic or English, typed in an email or in a PDF with selectable text. Scanned pages and photos are not supported yet.
Do we need an ERP?
No. Email and Excel are enough to start. If you have an ERP, it stays your record.
Where is our data?
Your purchases, quotes and messages are kept apart from every other company's. Before you load any real data, we put in writing where it's stored and who processes it.
What does it cost, and how do we start?
We're looking for our first pilot partners. Pricing is not final: the pilot's scope and any fees are agreed before it starts. Start with a demo on sample quotes, then a pilot on your own purchases with no supplier emails sent. At the end, we review the results together and agree the next step.
